Through awareness we find the freedom of choice.

To me yoga is not just a fitness class filled with poses to perfect, but a way of life.  When I first tried yoga I didn’t like it..  And I think the reason was because I didn’t understand what all it encompasses. Yoga offers tools to reduce stress, find clarity, shift perspective, and teaches you to listen to the most internal and truest parts of yourself. Yoga has helped me through some of the hardest moments in life as well as brought balance and joy to the day to day.  I have learned how impactful the teachings of yoga can be for all life situations; Full body wellness, high stress, grief, PTSD, injury, illness, etc.  I believe with the practice of yoga we can heal ourselves, prevent illness, and live in greater harmony.

You will find my classes will nourish the body and uplift the soul with asana, breath work, meditation exercises, mantra, visualizations, and life styles recommendations.  My agenda for each class is you, your needs that day, and offering practical ways to apply yoga to your daily life, no matter your age or experience.

Namaste.

~Aris
